Creating a picture of collective impact.
Many nonprofits struggle to measure the outcomes they are creating through their various programs. Historically, this process is both expensive and time consuming. This challenge also creates obstacles for various resource partners that don't have a collective picture of the impact being created by the funding community at large. Impact yield helps nonprofits effectively and efficiently track outcomes across programs, creating a clear picture for both nonprofits and funders alike of impact being achieved. Our goal is to begin collective impact tracking by the fall of 2024.
How does it work?
By utilizing state of the art impact racking tools, nonprofits will be able to select their primary outcomes they are achieving through their various programs. Our nonprofit partners will be able to show the outcomes of the work they are fighting for everyday. This will show us all the amazing things being achieved in our city as well as where resources are lacking and therefore needed.
What does this mean for resource partners?
Resource partners and nonprofits alike will be able to see the direct impact being achieved by giving dollars. With this being a collective project, this will allow for us to see on a city-wide scale where resources are being deployed collectively and where they are not. Partners will also be able to create a giving portfolio and have access to real outcome numbers for all their programs throughout the year.
